Metal Cutting Solutions

At GOLDEN EAGLE, we engineer high-performance cutting tools built for demanding sawmill operations-from primary breakdown to heavy chip removal and high-feed ripping. Each blade is designed for stability, durability, and long production cycles, ensuring reliable cutting efficiency across the entire sawmill line.

Sawmill applications demand tools that withstand high feed rates, long operating hours, and constant load variations. Efficient chip evacuation, precise tensioning, optimized tooth geometry, and advanced carbide selection work together to prevent vibration, reduce heat, and deliver clean, consistent cuts while extending blade life and maximizing productivity.

Carbide vs Cermet - Cutting Tip Material Comparison

Selecting the right cutting tip material plays a critical role in cutting efficiency, tool life, and surface quality. Tungsten Carbide offers excellent toughness and impact resistance for a wide range of steel applications, while Cermet delivers superior hardness and heat resistance for high-speed, high-precision metal cutting.

Product Lineup

1. Cermet-Tipped Cold Saw

Designed for cutting medium- and low-carbon steels with tensile strengths up to 835 N/mm². High-hardness cermet tips deliver superior heat resistance and minimal burrs, even in continuous-duty operations. Low-friction cutting geometry improves chip evacuation and extends tool life. Fully compatible with Everising, Amada, and Nishijimax machines.

2. TCT Saw with PVD Coating

Engineered for high-carbon steel and stainless steel-up to 1560 N/mm²-this PVD-coated TCT blade maintains stable performance under extreme heat and load. The coating reduces friction, enhances wear resistance, and improves chip flow during heavy-duty cutting. It delivers consistently clean surfaces with reduced burrs and long service life. Compatible with Everising, Amada, and Nishijimax equipment.

3. H-Beam Cutting Saw Blade

Built for structural steel applications, including H-beams, I-beams, and bridge girders. Cermet tips and vibration-damping plate technology ensure straight cutting, low noise, and exceptional durability. The reinforced design withstands heavy contact loads and meets the precision requirements of structural fabrication.

4. Non-Ferrous Saw Blade

Developed for aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous alloys. Specialized rake-angle geometry delivers ultra-clean, chip-free cuts while helping prevent material deformation. Custom specifications are available for unique alloys or high-speed production needs.
